Most repairs are completed withina minimum of 3 business days.

We accept Visa, debit, and credit cards. Payment is due after the invoice is approved and the handpiece repair is completed. We will deliver the handpiece in person to the contact address provided. 

We use high-quality, OEM-compatible generic handpiece parts

• Replacement parts typically carry a 3–6 month warranty, and in some cases up to 1 year, depending on the repair.
• Labour is a fixed $120 CAD, which includes a 90-day labour warranty.
• If the same issue occurs after 90 days on the same handpiece, labour is $60 CAD.
• All warranty details specific to your repair will be clearly listed on your invoice.

We service all types of dental handpieces, including:

• Air-driven
• Slow speed
• High speed
• Electric

If a handpiece is not serviceable, we will inform you in advance.

a. Complete our form describing the issue with your handpiece

b. We pick up your handpiece at your selected time

c. A loaner handpiece is provided at pickup (no cost is associated with the loaner handpiece, simply offered if we have it available) 

d. You receive a repair quote within 24 hours by email

e. If you approve the quote, you keep the loaner until your handpiece is repaired

f. If you do not approve the quote, we will collect the loaner and return your handpiece.
